This is a well drawn piece. The shading is well done, the pen with the glowy end I think is good. The eyes are fairly adorable, and I like the scarf around his neck. The only thing I find disconcerting is that the stripe on his tail doesn't go all the way. Is it a mutation? Like me for instance. I have extremely potent venom as my mother mated with an Arbok. I'm also wondering how you got a chunk missing his tail. It looks like it would have been painful, unless he was born that way. I think he looks very good-natured and kind. Well done.
